PROCESS OF MAKING JUHI SALAD:
Ingredients / spices:
250 grams of boiled potatoes, peeled, fried
100 grams of juhi, shredded
200 grams of wet noodles, washed clean
100 grams of lettuce, thinly sliced
100 grams of cucumber, chopped
150 grams of cabbage, thinly sliced
100 grams of noodles crackers
100 gram fried chips
2 boiled eggs sliced.

Sauce Material:
200 grams of peanut skin, fried
5 curly red chilies
2 red cayenne peppers
2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of ebi, brewed, roasted
1 3/4 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon vinegar
600 ml of warm water
How to make:
1. Sauce, puree peanuts, red chili, red cayenne, garlic, and dried shrimp.
2. Boil water, spices, salt, and brown sugar until fragrant and boiling. Turn off the heat. Add vinegar. Stir well. Lift.
3. Tata wet noodles, potatoes, lettuce, cucumber and cabbage. Pour the sauce. Sow juhi.
4. Serve with shrimp crackers and crackers.
